Shipping policy

At FLEKS, sustainability is at the core of what we do, and shipping is no exception. USPS is our preferred carrier since they already deliver mail to your home daily. No special trips help reduce emissions.

**USPS will deliver both Ground and Priority shipments Monday-Saturday

Shipping fees are non-refundable with returns.

USPS Priority and USPS Ground ship to all 50 states and US territories.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS only. Unfortunately, we cannot offer UPS expedited shipping for these locations.

All orders placed before 3pm PST Monday thru Friday will be fulfilled that day. Any orders placed after 3pm PST will generally be fulfilled the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays.

For customers in the Central coast, we offer free pickup at our Warehouse. Our warehouse hours are 9am-4pm Monday thru Friday excluding all federal holidays.
