What are my shipping options?

We offer priority shipping to most addresses in the U.S. The shipping options available for your address will be displayed at checkout.

If you happen to live in the Central Coast area you can pick up at our warehouse in Goleta, CA. Select 'local pickup' at checkout.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?
We have opted to ship all orders priority so that you receive them in 2-4 days. Majority of the “free” shipping that is offered by other companies is either a membership perk or standard ground shipping which takes 7-14 days on average. We are still paying for most of the shipping with our flat $5 rate.
Will you ship to a PO Box?
We can ship to a US PO box using only United States Postal Service (USPS).
How quickly will my order be shipped?
It can take up to 24 hours to process an order and 2-4 days to receive your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed for shipment. Be sure to check your spam folder and add info@fleksfootwear.com to your address book. Times depend on the destination of the order as well as the shipping service selected.
Can FLEKS ship internationally?
Unfortunately we can not ship internationally at this time.
What is the FLEKS return policy?

We're proud to offer a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, contact us at help@fleksfootwear.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For orders placed in the United States, we will send you a return shipping label. For international orders, we will send you instructions for where to send your package. We do not pay the return shipping fee for international orders.

I made a mistake, can I change my order?
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order is placed, it generally goes right into the fulfillment process and may or may not be cancelled or changed. Please contact us immediately at: help@fleksfootwear.com and we’ll do our best to take care of you.
How can I check the status of my order?

A confirmation email was sent to the email address thath you used when you placed your order. There is a link in this email that you can use to check the status of the order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged depending on the state that you are shipping your FLEKS to.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay. All prices shown are in US dollars.
Can I return or exchange items on sale?
All items offered on sale are sold as-is and are a “Final Sale”. Sorry, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges accepted.
Why aren’t my FLEKS identical?
Our FLEKSfoam uses up to 85% recycled ETPU foam, which means you may notice fun pattern differences between the left and right. We believe that these differences are one of the many special things about our product…no 2 pair are the same giving you one-of-a-kind product!
How do I clean my FLEKS?
A damp cloth with a little soap and water should do the trick! If not, please reach out to us at: help@fleksfootwear.com
Can I send my FLEKS to you to recycle when I am done?
Not yet, but we are working diligently to make this possible. Sign up for our email list and we will email you when this is available.
What stores carry FLEKS?
