I am not sure about size or fit - can you please help?
We spent a lot of time analyzing how slides typically fit to get the FLEKS fit just right. Chances are you need a size smaller than you think.
  • The East Beach Slide fits a little long… it is meant to since we graded the sizing on the 1/2 size.
  • If you are between sizes we recommend you size down.
  • If your foot runs on the narrow side; we recommend you size down.
  • If your foot runs on the wider side or you have a higher instep; we recommend you size up. (This particular style may not be ideal for you, but don’t fret, we have one coming soon that will be)!

What are my shipping options?

We offer priority shipping to most addresses in the U.S. The shipping options available for your address will be displayed at checkout.

If you happen to live in the Central Coast area you can pick up at our warehouse in Goleta, CA. Select 'local pickup' at checkout.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free ground shipping that generally arrives in 4 - 8 days. If you need your order sooner, we offer a flat rate of $5 for priority shipping that can arrive in 2-4 days.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3pm PST will be fulfilled that day and dropped off with corresponding carrier. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be fulfilled next business day. USPS ground will be delivered in 4-8 days from fulfillment and USPS priority will generally be delivered in 2-4 days from fulfillment. Times depend on the destination of the order as well as the shipping service selected. We are a California based company, typically orders shipped to the west coast will arrive on the shorter end of the delivery estimate and orders shipped to the east coast will arrive at the later delivery estimate. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed for shipment with a tracking number and delivery estimates. Be sure to check your spam folder and add help@fleksfootwear.com to your address book.
I would like to return or exchange my order, do I have to pay shipping and handling?
Nope! We offer a 90 Total Happiness guarantee where we will cover all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. Once you reach out to us, we will send you a return/exchange label to send your order back. Once an order is received back in our warehouse, we will credit your account.

What is the FLEKS return policy?

We're proud to offer a 90 Day Total Happiness Guarantee. That means, if you aren't completely, 100%, over-the-moon thrilled with your new Fleks slides, for any reason at all, just send them back to us within 90 days to receive a full refund.

For orders placed in the United States, we will send you a return shipping label. For international orders, we will send you instructions for where to send your package. We do not pay the return shipping fee for international orders.

I made a mistake, can I change my order?
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order is placed, it generally goes right into the fulfillment process and may or may not be cancelled or changed. Please contact us immediately at: help@fleksfootwear.com and we’ll do our best to take care of you.
How can I check the status of my order?

A confirmation email was sent to the email address thath you used when you placed your order. There is a link in this email that you can use to check the status of the order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged depending on the state that you are shipping your FLEKS to.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay. All prices shown are in US dollars.
Can I return or exchange items on sale?
All items offered on sale are sold as-is and are a “Final Sale”. Sorry, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges accepted.
Why aren’t my FLEKS identical?
Our FLEKSfoam uses up to 85% recycled ETPU foam, which means you may notice fun pattern differences between the left and right. We believe that these differences are one of the many special things about our product…no 2 pair are the same giving you one-of-a-kind product!
How do I clean my FLEKS?
A damp cloth with a little soap and water should do the trick! If not, please reach out to us at: help@fleksfootwear.com
Can I send my FLEKS to you to recycle when I am done?
Not yet, but we are working diligently to make this possible. Sign up for our email list and we will email you when this is available.
